We've taken the trip to New York to celebrate this event, and to attend a screening of the opera at Chelsea Art Museum, and if you happen to be in NY tonight we urge you to join us there at 1900h , where you can also see a performance by Semi Ryu called, Parting on Z: Virtual Interactive Puppetry and Pansori

As it turns out, the Ultima festival has deceided to stage the opera at this year's festival in September. So, if you happen to be in Oslo in september, you know what to do for maximum pleasure: do the doubble, DVD and staging. 


So, congratulations to all, and especially to Jennifer. We are very excited about this release, and we're confident it will excite you too.

This is the MERE records site and store.
We hope you'll enjoy it. We've worked very hard to find some of the most interesting and strange music for your listening pleasure only. Check it out.

Since we decided to establish the MERE records label in december 2006 many things have changed, in music, on the internet, and not to forget: our ambitions have changed.

We've found a couple of fantastic collaborators: the designers in NODE Berlin and André Pahl in Mexico, distinguished audio guru and engineer Audun Strype in Oslo, and last but not least the composers and musicians we have established contact with to release their music.

We did not only want to start a record label. We wanted to create a channel, a forum, a scene, a medium and a network.
We're maybe not there yet, but we promise that we'll work very hard to get there. We think we have a couple of awesome ideas on how to reach our goals.
We hope you'll stick around for the ride.

Hopefully we can manage to put out our second release "XXX_Live_Nude_Girls!!!" by Jennifer Walshe before not too long.
